This class includes stretches for the entire body with a focus on neck, shoulders, back and hips that get tight from daily activities, work seating, and stress. Stretching provides many benefits such as improving posture as tight muscles can result in poor posture, improved range of motion, injury prevention and decreased muscle soreness.
