This class introduces the basics of yoga to those who are new to the practice, as well as those interested in continuing to work on the fundamentals such as poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and alignment principles that build a foundation for the holistic benefits of yoga. This class will help you reduce anxiety, find a place of peace, and increase mobility in the hips, spine and shoulders. The first part of yoga is simply showing up as your authentic self, everything else is just practice.
