Dance Fitness is a blend of cardio, dance, strength training, and booty shaking! Class begins with a warm up, then teaches you a variety of routines you can do at home (or at the club!) Whether you are brand new to dance or a prima ballerina, our instructor offers options throughout class to allow you to work at your preferred level of fitness.
