Still your mind while you stretch and strengthen your body. This Hot Yoga class (Bikram Inspired) is a series of 26 posture exercises that move fresh, oxygenated blood to each organ and fiber of your body, restoring all systems to healthy working order. Proper weight and muscle tone, along with vibrant good health are all benefits. This class is designed to warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. Hot Yoga is practiced in a heated room that will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Please be sure to bring a water bottle and large towel for the mats.
