If you're new to indoor cycling (or want to take it easy like Sunday morning), then this class is for you. We will teach you the basic moves and body positions all while providing a great workout. You can go at your own pace until you gain your strength and stamina and become more familiar with the exercise. Once you master the spin learning curve, you will be pushing yourself harder and grooving to the rides like a pro! Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for bike set-up.
