Hot Pilates is a challenging, low impact, high intensity workout which combines Pilates mat exercises with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in a heated room. This class increases flexibility, strengthens muscles, burns fat and improves endurance! An intense workout for every part of your body, including your core! All fitness levels will get an amazing workout. Be sure to bring a full sized towel and you're all set!
