This class focuses on the lower half of your body and it is designed to help you build lean muscle mass, as well as “toning” your thighs and derrière! Each week we focus on workouts that will challenge you and hit all the muscles of your lower half in all planes of motion. Not only will your aesthetics improve, so will your overall strength and endurance! We strive for progress, not perfection. If you’re a beginner and need to do less rounds and less repetitions, it is okay. Keep it up and you will only get better week by week!
