Spin/Indoor cycling is a high intensity workout on a stationary exercise bike. This class improves endurance and strength alternating between high intensity and recovery, all while listening to great music! All ability levels will get an awesome workout! Our early morning session will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to start your day!
