This class will teach you how to protect yourself using a set of awareness skills, assertiveness, safety strategies and physical techniques! The goal is for everyone to go into any situation with confidence and knowledge! In addition to learning some pretty cool techniques such as defensive slips, combo strikes, speed, timing & agility, this is also a FULL- BODY WORKOUT! Come prepared to have FUN and WORK YOUR CORE! ;)
